Acces to user files, stored on Google Drive account

This Privacy Policy section outlines how our application, as a mediator between the user and their Google Drive account, accesses, uses, stores, and shares user data obtained through the Google Drive API. We are committed to ensuring the transparency of our practices.

User Consent: By using our application and granting access to your Google Drive account, you consent to the uploading, processing, storage, and sharing of your chosen files as described in this Privacy Policy. You understand and acknowledge that our application requires certain permissions to function properly and provide the services you expect.

Information Collection and Use: Our application accesses your Google Drive account solely for the purpose of facilitating file upload, storage, sharing, and display functionality. This includes file metadata (e.g., file name, size, type) and the content of files you choose to interact with through our application.

Data Retention: We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested or as required by law. You can delete your uploaded files (and only these files) from your Google Drive account with tools of our service.

California Privacy Rights

Residents of the State of California can request a list of all third-parties to which our App has disclosed certain personal information (as defined by California law) during the preceding year for those third-parties’ direct marketing purposes.
